At what stage in my business do I need to be to make use of the membership?

This membership is ideal if you’re no longer a beginner and are looking to take your Kajabi business to the next level. Whether you’re preparing for a launch, building out more sophisticated funnels, or ready to automate and scale, our support is tailored for creators who want to move beyond the basics. If you’re just starting out, we have other resources to help you lay your foundation first!

What sort of Kajabi support services can be booked?

Our support covers all the high-level Kajabi tasks you need to grow your business: funnel and automation builds, launch planning and execution, custom course setup, sales page tweaks, and more. We focus on the strategic, specialized work that moves your business forward, rather than basic admin or content uploading.

How are the Done-For-You services billed?

When you join the SaaSy Bucks Support Circle your account will automatically be credited with a once-off number of included Done-For-You hours (3 hours on a monthly subscription.) Hours are billed in 15-minute increments.

This is a sign-on bonus and doesn't recur monthly thereafter. Once your initial hours have been consumed, you will be able to pre-purchase a “pack” of hours:

10 hours can be purchased at a cost of $450 USD (= $45 p/hr)

20 hours at a cost of $700 USD (= $35 p/hr)

Unused hours remain available to use for as long as you're a member of the circle.

At $35 USD an hour, this is one of the most affordable options you'll find on the market for expert support. 

Can I use do some of the work myself an then use a couple of hours for someone to audit/tweak what I’ve done?

Absolutely! If you want to keep down the number of hours you’re using, you could have a go at it yourself (maybe drop along to a fortnightly Done-With-You session for some added support) and then call in a couple of hours when you’re ready to have us look over what you’ve done and make any corrections or suggestions.

What if I need help with basic Kajabi setup or admin tasks?

We recommend hiring an offshore VA for those simple or repetitive tasks. We highly recommend Louise and the team at Smart Virtual Staff or graduates on the Heart-Centered Apprentice Directory, and can assist with an introduction. 

If you have an offshore VA that could benefit from being inside the circle for extra training and support, let us know and we'll send them an invite!

Where are the Kajabi Specialists located who will be taking care of my project tasks?

To keep your hire costs down, we have a “team” approach to how we manage this. Your project requirement is overseen or “managed” by our wonderful client coordinator, Janet Hallowes, who is based in South Africa on a European timezone and will be liaising directly with you on any tasks you set for us through your very own Monday.com project board. Janet then assigns the task to the most appropriate team member, dependent on the request type. Once Janet is 100% satisfied with the work completed she will bring it back to you for review.

Is this right for me if I’m just starting out?

If you’re new to Kajabi, check out our DIY templates, complete with new starter training. The Saasy Bucks Support Circle has been created for that "next step", once you're ready to scale and automate.

What is the typical turnaround time for any of my Kajabi requirements?

This really depends on the scope of the project, but to give you an idea, something like a webinar funnel would be about a 7 day turnaround, while a complete website build is more like 21 days. Whatever the project scope, we will be working to meet any deadlines you have. 

Is there a maximum number of hours I’ll be able to book in each month? I have a lot of work on!

Whether you need someone very part time, or 3 people full time on your business, we have capacity in the team to assist. If you do require a full time assistant, we’ll be happy to arrange a flat monthly rate.

Can my Done-For-You hours be used for strategy?

With your membership, you already receive a 1:1 Unstuck Me Call with our team and we will be happy to offer strategic direction for your launch, along with any general brainstorming if you just want to bounce some ideas off someone. If you need additional “strategy” on top of the initial Unstuck Me™️ Call, 1:1 strategy sessions can be purchased separately at a reduced member rate.

Is it possible to get support in other areas like social media management, copywriting, Facebook Ads or graphic design?

We have a number of trusted referral partners who can assist in several areas outside of Kajabi, such as podcast editing and social media. We will happily make introductions to those partners as needed.
